We used Excel Temporary Service as our payroll processing provider. We recently displaced some associates and brought them back through Excel. They have been very good to work with, and provide us with a very manageable system to get our associates paid. This has been a win for both parties.
I would recommend Excel to process your payroll, if you want to retain the experience and talent and utilize previously employed associates.
